Dear Support Executive,

I made a purchase on Coolwinks.com, order ID ( CW1609182030125 ), on 16th of September 2018 under


your current offer of Rs 1500 cashback on a minimum purchase of 1500Rs. The offer is valid from 11th
September 2018 to 10th October 2018. I also made two purchases, order IDs ( CW1009181987596 and
CW1009181990208 ), on 10th September under your previous offer, valid from 11th August 2018 to
10th September 2018 and received cashbacks instantly.

Your other Support Executive is confused and reported to me that I already got cashback twice.
Whereas, the cashbacks I received, were for your previous offer ended on 10th September 2018.

Please understand that both the offers are different, I received cashback twice for an offer which has
already ended on 10th September 2018. I availed the benefits on 10th September 2018 and on 10th
September 2018 only that offer ended. The new offer starts on 11the September 2018.

This is my first purchase under your current offer and more than 6 days have elapsed, since. But I have
not received cashback. I am eligible for two cashbacks under the current offer also. I am enclosing
herewith my Paytm wallet screenshot for your reference. Please validate the details and credit my
cashback. Thanks.
