PRAYER FOR RELIEF

In the light of the authorities cited, indictments issued and the arguments, it is most
respectfully prayed before this Hon’ble Court that it may adjudge and declare that:

1. Section 124A of the IPC, 1860 is a reasonable restriction on Article 19(1)(a) of the
Constitution.
2. Section 124A of the IPC, 1860 is Intra-Vires to the Constitution.
3. Pass any order that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of equity, justice
and good conscience.
