Purpose The fourteenth day of March is hereby declared ‘Farmers’ Day’ to commemorate the importance of the Farmer-constituents to be observed with fitting activities to emphasize the significance of this day. Section 3, Plan of Activities The planning and celebration relative to the March 14 affair shall be determined by the Municipal Agriculture Office, to be approved by the Local Chief Executive.
