Supplemental Requirements

1.0 All necessary testing gadget/equipment must be calibrated to assure

accuracy of test results.
2.0 Initial testing of Contractors to all equipment, facility or utility system should
be performed and passed.
3.0 All data on initial testing form of APMC shall be accomplished and submitted
to us at least 2 days before the actual final testing.
4.0 Supplier/Contractor’s approved methodology for testing should be available
during the testing.

Assessment and Acceptance

1.0 Reading should be within (+) or ( –) 10% of the design parameters.

2.0 Actual data shall not cause damage to equipment or system during normal
and continuous operation.

3.0 Shall not cause system in-efficiency which will result to higher power
consumption.
