After you complete this 28 day challenge, you will feel different about yourself.
You will feel more confident about the way you look and the way you feel. I
will provide short videos that illustrate important points of the poses but please
refer to the The Ultimate Guide to The Face Yoga Method for full details The 28
day challenge is a follow along challenge to the Ultimate Guide To The Face
Yoga Method. Make sure you have the Ultimate Guide To The Face Yoga
Method before starting this challenge.

Let’s get started! You can do this, start
by visualizing your end results!
Qualifications to join this challenge
You need to commit to the following:

28 days of commitment.

Participate everyday and keep track of your progress for 28 days.

It has been said that it takes about 28 days to change a habit. This means that
you need to commit to practicing the Face Yoga Method for four weeks by
focusing on the changes that you wish to make and see on your face.

Take photos under the same conditions (lighting, same camera, clothing etc.)
and be willing to share with people “Before” and “After” photos.

You need to see results. It is harder to see changes in the face compared to
the body. You need motivation and you need it be fun! Here is the schedule
for your photo sessions:

Take profile “Before” photos (left and right profiles)

Take photos “looking up” and “looking down”

Take 1 week later profile photos (left and right profiles)

Take 2 weeks later profile photos (left and right profiles)

Take 3 weeks later profile photos (left and right profiles)

Take “After” photos (left and right profiles)

Take photos “looking up” and “looking down”

Daily
Drink “hot water” first thing in the morning and right before going to bed:

Drinking hot water not only makes you detox inside but may also help you to
lose weight.

For better results


You can do the assigned pose(s) more than it says in the program for better
results. For instance on Day 1, if you have more time and are eager to see
results, you can do The Swan Neck pose as often as you want throughout the
day.

If you feel any discomfort or pain, please listen to your body and practice the
poses carefully.

I cannot believe this 28 day challenge is over! I know that it was not an

easy journey for some of you but you did it. Please treat yourself with

something nice, pamper yourself with something you love, or something

you have always wanted.
