REFLECTION

Handling diverse learners is surely a challenging task. Indeed, teaching is a tough job! A teacher
may be fully loaded with activities, including managing unruly learners, and of course
addressing those difficulties the learners faced. He/She may suffer a lot, sacrifice a lot, just to
fulfill his/her profession. But when a teacher does his/her part, all of those endeavors would be
worthy and satisfying. A teacher can feel it is fulfilling when he/she sees that there is a
meaningful outcome from all the hardwork and effort he/she exerted.

Before this task was introduced, I thought it was just an activity that could be finished within a
few hours. I realized that these materials should be carefully selected for I knew it would be
helpful when my teaching profession comes. Admittedly, there are references scattered in the
Internet, but it takes time to choose which among them are reliable and accessible.

Finalizing these materials is really such an endeavor. I spent days and nights just to secure a
reliable source and I am glad I have found it. From what this project contains, I am confident
that I have chosen the appropriate IM's for remediation. Overall, I could say that it is fulfilling
realizing that there is a meaningful outcome from all the effort I have exerted in accomplishing
this task.
