It is an honor to recommend Ms. Witeh Esoe. I have had the privilege to work with Witeh as a
registered nurse for two years at Fairview Southdale Hospital. During this period, I have watched
Witeh gradually grow from a novice to a professional nurse. She is very organized, flexible,
reliable, empathetic, and energetic which made it easier to transition as a float nurse. Being a
float resource nurse has given her the opportunity to work with a wide range of patient
demographics and conditions. Her positive attitude and bilingual (French and English) language
skills have been a bonus to the entire team as she assists foreign patients with interpretation in
the absence of the interpreter.
We have both participated in the Youth Mental Health and Wellness workshops, Nation Alliance
on Mental Illness (NAMI) walk from 2017-2018, and Minnesota Nurses Association activities
and events.
