Dear NP Recruiter,

In pursuit of my new career, I am excited to find the adult-gerontology nurse practitioner

opportunity with your organization. My qualifications include a Bachelor's in Nursing in 2016
from Mayville State University, ND. Associate in Science in nursing in 2015 from Rasmussen
College, MN, and Associates in Science in practical nursing (LPN) in 2013 in Saint Paul
College, MN. I will complete my Masters in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
program in May 2020 and plan to become board certified by July 2020. I have memberships with
MNNP, MNA, and AANP. Overall, I have over five years nursing experience including about
three years as a travel nurse specializing in medical-surgical, orthopedic, psych, telemetry, and
case management. Through my work experience, I have had the opportunity to work a wide age
range (neonates to geriatrics) and in wide variety of settings, including hospital, clinic, home
care, school, long term care, and assisted living. I am well versed in assessing and responding to
acute and non- acute cases.

Doing my clinical rotation at your organization gives me the zeal to work with your organization.
Also, it being one of the largest health care system in the United States with both inpatient and
outpatient services across the nation, I feel even more confident working with the organization
because I believe I would be able to work regardless of my location even if I have to relocate out
of state someday. Plus, my career as a travel nurse has made me flexible and adaptable wherever
I find myself. I am with no doubt, believing I will be a great contribution to your organization.
I have attached my resume and the link to my portfolio, which portrays more about my journey
as nurse practitioner. Please, do not hesitate to contact for more details about my career and
experiences. Thank you for your time.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Witeh Esoe
