Getting Started: Using Workday Reports Manager

Workday Reports
Workday offers many reports that allow you to summarize
information that is contained in the program. The categories include
Time Off, Pay, Academic Statistics and more. You can run a report on
an as needed basis or you can schedule a report to run on a recurring
basis, delivered to your Workday Notifications. (You can find this in
the upper right hand corner when you click on your name >
Notifications)

Adding the Report Worklet to your Workday Home Page


From your Home page:

1. Click the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of the
Home page. The Configure Worklets page displays. 3. An alphabetical listing of all standard reports is displayed.
2. Click the Plus icon to add the Report worklet. 4. Scroll until you locate the report you want to run and click on it.

3. Click the Prompt icon and type in Report. Press Enter. 5. We will use the All Employee Time Off report as our example.

5. Click OK > Done.

Using the Report Worklet-View Category


1. Click the Reports worklet.

Using the Process Monitor


The Process Monitor is used to view the status of any reports you
have initiated.
