Narrative Report

On October 7, 2019 we performed Aerobics and Basic Positions of Muscle and


Bone Strengthening in the P.E. room. We performed the following exercises:

1. Run in Place
2. V-Step
3. Butt Kicks
4. High Knee
5. Jumping Jacks
6. Squat
7. Scissors
8. Leg raises
9. Sit ups
10. Push ups/Planking

As Sir Apollo showed our score the result is 92.
