In this event the manager have to ensure that members of the group are satisfied economically and personal work satisfaction is obtained. Further human association comprises of association between people in work surrounding in a way to enable them work together effectively. Working together should ensure that people are satisfied socially and psychological. The human resource function have two main shortcoming; communication and discipline. In most of the case there is industrial action due to poor communication structure. To deal with this issue workers should develop the communication structure to make sure that there is a two way traffic of communication. He should also ensure that there is constant communication between them and the trade union. The communication with the union should seek to know the grievances of the workers and put up policies to remove them. There is a growth of diversity in the work force that requires an alternation in the role of human resource manager. There is a huge challenge on the most effective way to manage workers. Due to collective bargaining, grievances by workers and industrial actions have changed policies in the management of human resource and attitudes of the workers.
