He is comiortabe in the classroom and is developing good classroom management skills. Minh has developed a good rapport with the students he teaches and te staff in his faculty. He should avai himself al the learning inthe schools he attends ths includes observing other teachers to develop a bank of activites that he could later use in his lessons. Minh is very comfortable using technology in the classroom and is developing skills in assessing student learning, He has diferentiated a lesson but should endeavour to differentiate more lessons and cater tothe learning needs of all of his students. His commerce lessons contained a good balance of teacher directed and student-centred leaming. He is developing his ability to monitor and assess student learning, This should help Minh to assess his own teaching style and discern how much student learning is retained. This will come with more experience. Minh has adapted a professional approach to his chosen vocation and is punctual, courteous and considerate of the needs of the school and fellow teachers.
