Sir/Madam,

Every month of July we celebrate Nutrition.

Thus, Esperanza Elementary school will be having a Nutrition Month Culmination

Program on July 28, 2015 with the theme, “Timbang Iwasto sa Wastong Nutrisyon at
Ehersisyo”. Pupils from kinder to Grade 10 will be involved. There are series of activities
to be contested like Tabo ng Paaralan, Cooking Contest, Nutri Jingle, Nutri Dance and
the highlight of the affair is the search for Mr and Ms. Nutrition.

In connection to this, the (SPG) Supreme Pupil Government and the Supreme
Student Government (SSG) has no funds for the prizes, hence we are asking your kind
heart any amount to defray the expenses.

May God shower His blessings to you and to your family.
