Minutes of Meeting

Discussion dated 09.10.2019 At AECOM Consortium

Points Discussed and suggested by M/s. AECOM are listed below:


I. Commercial Building - OCC Layout (First Floor):

 Corridor Width along Grid B shall be reduced to 2600 mm


 Internal Wall of control room shifted to the wall column line along Grid 3 and
wall along Grid 3' shifted 2 m to right side.
 Meeting room wall between grid A & B shifted from Grid B to bottom leaving
corridor width of 2600 mm
 Server room wall between Grid B ' and C extended to Grid C. and shaft door
opening to bottom side shall be shifted to right side to the corridor
simultaneously.
 Manager Room wall between Grid 2 and 3 shall be shifted 1 m to right side.
 Inside the External glass Wall of the First floor, dry wall 1200 mm high shall be
considered.
 Inner Columns shall have all over HPL cladding
 Autocad drawings of the initial OCC layout will be shared by GC for referring
interior furniture arrangement.

II. Terminal Building – Comments on GFC drawings (submitted on 05.09.2019) in


addition to mark ups received on 31.07.2019.

1. Ground floor Plan


a) Exhaust Fan dimension shall be corrected in plan
b) Aluminium grab rail shall be provided for service stair also reference
drawing number of stair detail.
c) Emergency gate in Grid 11 to Connection Bridge shifted to ramp connecting
to night parking jetty and gate along Grid 9 shall be removed.
d) Drain shall be considered at starting of Ramp between 8 and 9.
e) Mention the disabled seating line marking in plan.
f) AECOM will share revised EFO and AFC gate layout AutoCAD drawing.
2. Mezzanine Floor/ Terrace Floor Plan
a) Column position shall be marked in dotted line and distance of down pipe
from columns to be marked in terrace plan.
b) Extend the slab projection sufficient to accommodate Down pipe and
Exposed UPVC square section (100x100) shall be considered without any
external cladding along the mullion column . Dummy Down pipe shall be
considered for Aesthetic pupose at certain locations.
c) Ridges in corners shall be provided for polycarbonate sheet canopy.
d) Refer water proofing detail drawing in terrace floor plan.
e) M/s AECOM Consortium shall provide terrace garden conceptual design for
further detailing. (PU form flooring Hot pressed along with concrete in built
seating arrangement or potted plants can be considered with reference to
the discussion.)
f) 1200 mm high handrail marked in plan shall be replaced with 1500 mm
handrail with a bottom sill (Brick) of 200 mm high.
3. Section
a) Earth filling marked in section 1A after shore line shall be removed and
marked as water.
b) Extend Connection Bridge to commercial building in Section 2B for
further clarity.
c) Shore protection level and finishing between structural slab shall be
overlooked by Shameer / Jinson.
4. Construction Detailing
a) Downpipe cladding with HPL detail has been removed.
b) Polycarbonate canopy detail shall be updated as per the comment II . 2. b.
& f.
c) HPL cladding over pelmet shall be provided in all sides except top.
5. Flooring Detail
a) Tactile tile shall be provided in the start and end of ramp and also to
ticketing area.
6. Ceiling Detail
a) POP cornice detail shall be removed.
7. Joinery Detail
a) HPL Cladding over rolling shutter shall be removed
b) Gauge thickness of SS Jalli shall be mentioned.
8. EFO Room detail
a) Support brackets for counters to be shown .
