Dear Animesh,

This letter is to confirm that Z TEC CONSULTING INC, to engage in your services to work on a project
in the office of our client Apple Inc., located at 280, N Wolfe Rd, Sunnyvale, CA 94085 as your
position will be Senior UX Designer and official start date is April 15th, 2019

Your compensation will be paid by Z TEC CONSULTING INC., as an exempt employee of behalf of
your services. Upon the termination of your contract with Seedif Inc., to wipe all data from said
hardware/software within 24 hours of your last working day through/at Seedif Inc.,

Z TEC CONSULTING INC., is an at-will employer. This means that all parties, including you, Seedif Inc.,
reserve the right to terminate that engagement of services at any time for any reason. This letter
serves only to confirm our verbal discussion of your services and does not constitute a contract of
employment.

If you accept these terms, please sign this letter and return to us before April 3rd, 2019.
