AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, Delia Aure Recinto, Filipino, born on April 30, 1956 at Obando, Bulacan, married, and
presently a resident of Zamora Street, Asis 1 Mendez Cavite, Philippines, having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am NOT the same person as one Delia A. Recinto who was charged under Criminal
Case No. 2015-45 before the Municipal Trial Court of San Jose, Province of Batangas for the
crime of Violation of BP 22;

2. That I have never been the subject of any criminal complaint, charge or proceeding before
any prosecutor or court;

3. As such, I am executing this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
and for purpose of denying that I am the Delia A. Recinto who is the subject of the
aforementioned case and for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
