Dear Anil Ji,

The MOA and Model Bylaws have been signed by most of the team members. The file
containing these is at the facility office.

I request you to complete the file to be submitted to the registrar in all respects
and organize the meeting with the team. I feel any missing items, clarifications
can be addressed in the meeting and the file can be prepared for submission.

I also request that a copy of the documents that will be submitted to the registrar
be kept at the facility office for viewing of residents.
