[Reagan Brian, S.ST., M.M. DESCRIPTION : Introduction to characteristics and development of tourism industry to give the students a basic knowledge about the industry and its uniqueness. The topics include: hospitality management, specific business aspects, the system and the details of tourism organizations / industries, and other factors that are related to hospitality operations.
