DESCRIPTION :
Introduction to characteristics and development of tourism industry to give the students a basic knowledge about the industry and its
uniqueness. The topics include: hospitality management, specific business aspects, the system and the details of tourism organizations /
industries, and other factors that are related to hospitality operations.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONAL OBJECTIVES :
* Providing the students with the basic knowledge about tourism and hospitality industry characteristics
* Providing the students with the basic knowledge about tourism and hospitality industry system.
+ Understanding the relationships between taurism and hospitality industry with other sectors
