DESKRIPSI MATA KULIAH
Mata kuliah ini berisikan tentang berbagai konsep tentang manajemen, khususnya
manajemen pendidikan dasar yang berkaitan dengan konsep leadership in school,
organization culture or climate, motivation, communication, supervision, quality, personality
and performance, dan konsep educational management serta administration sehingga
memudahkan mahasiswa memilih variabel dalam penyusunan skripsi pendidikan Biologi
yang tidak semata berkaitan dengan hasil belajar siswa..
KOMPETENSI STANDAR
Mahasiswa diharapkan memiliki kemampuan dalam memanage sekolah khususnya sebagai
guru Biologi di berbagai jenjang pendidikan.
