    Log In module

    Where the librarian enters his/her credentials to enter the system

    A message box will appear if the RFID readers are not connected

    Search Module
    Search page is where the user can search available books

    Borrow Book module

    Let the user handles who can borrow books and what kind of books readers can borrow, also user can
    change the due dates of the books scaling to 1 – 7.

    Manage Visitor Module

    The user can manage add or edit existing/ active visitors from the library

    Reservation Module
    Upon typing and entering the required reservation code and clicking the enter button the reserved book
    will now be available

    Return book Module

    User can manage who can return the books by entering book number and book reader id thus clicking
    return would make return successful

    Transaction Module

    A View for logs on all existing transactions


    Manage library Module

    By clicking add book user can import necessary information required to those specific field upon
    entering the needed data then save book to save.

    By clicking edit book user can edit selected book and click the save book to save the changes

    By clicking Archive book the selected book will be transferred to the archive.

    By clicking Add copy it will prompt a message box that would require the user to enter a specific book
    code for a new copy of existing book

    Import book module

    The user can import file by clicking the file icon the select the excel file then click import.
    Manage school reader module

    By clicking add user can import necessary information required to those specific field upon entering the
    needed data then save button to save.

    By clicking edit user can edit selected reader and click the save button to save the changes

    By clicking delete the selected reader will be deleted.

    Import reader module

    The user can import file by clicking the file icon the select the excel file then click import.
    Reports Module

    User can choose what kind of reports will be printed according to the selected report type

    By clicking generate a print form will appear and the user can now save or print the generated report
