Instructions: Divide the group
into two and pray for the bible
study group and families thru
these prayer points. The first
group will pray for the Active
Bible Studies while the other
group will pray for the Inactive
Bible Studies. Divide the families
among you so everybody should
pray. Lay your hands on the paper
containing the prayer points.
A. Active Bible Studies
1. Pray for spiritual wisdom and fruit, growth in knowledge of God,
endurance, patience, joy, gratitude and for them to know and acknowledge
God’s will.

Colossians 1:9-11 (NIV)9 For this reason, since the day we heard about
you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill
you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and
understanding that the Spirit gives,[a] 10 so that you may live a life worthy of
the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work,
growing in the knowledge of God, 11 being strengthened with all
power according to his glorious might so that you may have great
endurance and patience…

2. Pray for them to receive wisdom and revelation from the Holy Spirit that
they may desire to know God more intimately and that they may be
enlightened regarding God’s incomparable power and favor for those who
believe.

Ephesians 1:17-19(NIV)17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus
Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit[a] of wisdom and

revelation, so that you may know him better. 18 I pray that the eyes of your
heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he
has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy
people, 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That
power is the same as the mighty strength

3. Pray that they not only be hearers of the word but more importantly
doers of the God’s words
James 1:22-24But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving
yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a
man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes
away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was

4. Pray that as they continue their life-journey with Christ they will:
a. They will trust in the Lord with all their heart and soul. They won't
depend on their own knowledge and understanding. With every step they
take, they will think about God's will in their life. Ref.: Proverbs 3:5–6
b. God is doing wonders in their life. They will believe that He started
something good in them and He will complete it on the day when Jesus
Christ comes again. Ref.: Philippians 1:6
c. Jesus is with them and they will continue to live for Him. Their strength
and hopes is in Him. And every day their faith in Him will grow
stronger. Ref.: Colossians 2:6-7
d. They won't stop, but they will keep running as hard as possible to win
the prize of eternal life that God promised them through Christ. Ref.:
Philippians 3:14

5. Pray that Bible Study Groups would be a place of discipleship, where

deep relationships are formed, where people are strengthened in their love
of Jesus, taught, corrected, rebuked & trained in righteousness and godly
thinking
6. Spirit of the Living God, correct their thinking. Help them to be strong
and courageous in their thought-life. Let fear and doubt be far from them.
Instead fuel their thoughts with faith; in the name of Jesus Christ
7. Pray that the Holy Spirit will open the spiritual eyes and ears of these
bible study families. Pray that they will have a personal encounter with
Jesus.
8. Pray that the Lord help them to set a higher goal regarding their spiritual
walk with God worthy of their calling; to surrender their selves to God,
living their life for God’s glory (Ephesians 4:1). As a prisoner for the Lord,
then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received
9. Pray that they will access God’s Word for guidance, that they will have
more desire to develop intimacy with God thru His words. (Psalm
119:105)Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path
B. Inactive Bible Studies
1. God, you were the one who begun the good work in them. Thank you for
making them one with Christ, who is the source of all goodness and that
you live in them to perform your good works through them. Therefore, we
now trust you continue the good work and finish it up to completion. “He
which has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus
Christ” (Philippians 1:6).
2. Spirit of the Living God, correct their thinking. Help them to be strong
and courageous in their thought-life. Let fear and doubt be far from them.
Instead fuel their thoughts with faith
3. Oh Heavenly Father, though they may be dealing with disappointments
and obstacles, may they rest in the fact that You are still on the throne. We
pray that these discouragements won’t hinder them in their spiritual
journey but rather use these circumstances to cause them to lift up their
hands and hearts up to you. Lead them to enter into Your rest Oh Lord and
not be disillusioned by the current circumstances.
4. God, we pray that You deliver from them from everything that is
hindering them to know you more. Whether they be spirits of doubt,
unbelief, skepticism/ lack of time and conviction.
Active Bible Studies:
1. Gacayon- Tabangaoen
- Pointmant- Marcy Botangen, Disciple: Darlyn Bangsoy
Prayer Points:
- Obedience to the word of God; water baptism of Mr and Mrs. Gacayon
- They will come to church and commit to ministries.
- Application of the word of God that they are hearing- Pray for the Holy Spirit to help them
obey.
- Discipleship lesson will be started this month

2. Manalo: Betag
Pointman: Bro Abel
- Pray for the attendees to commit themselves fully to ministry
- Pray for the salvation of all the family members
- Pray for all the attendee to grow more in faith and knowledge of the word of God especially
bro Haggard who was recently baptized

3. Miguel: Kesbeng
Pointman: Jolette Faith P. Bangsoy
- The mother has a desire for her family to hear the word of God but her family members are
always busy. Pray for availability and for the desire to attend the bible study.
- Pray for an understanding of the word of God and for conviction of the Holy Spirit for them to
obey especially water baptism.
- Pray for financial breakthrough and provision. They spent a lot for the medical expenses of
sis Floriel, their daughter who is a single mom. Pray for God to bless their business.
- Pray for the strength and hope to be upon them as they are facing a difficult time right now
because of their sick daughter who is diagnosed with some disorders in her brain. They
stayed in the hospital for a very long time.

4. Marcos: Km5- 15-18 attendees ( all male both young people and young adults)
Pointman:Aljon Palangdosan
- Spiritual understanding to come upon attendees.
- Application of the word of God that they are hearing- Pray for the Holy Spirit to help them
obey.
- Pray that they will be able to attend Sunday services. They have the desire but can't attend
because of their work schedule.
- Pray that all of them will have the desire to attend bible studies. Only three of them are
committed to attend the bible study.

5. Santa Ana Kids

- Pointman: Jonalyn Opino and Erica Gacayon
- Spiritual understanding to come upon attendees despite their age.
- Pray that they will be used to minister to their parents and classmates.
6. Acop Kids
- Pointman: Jonaly Opino and Erica Gacayon

- Pray that they will be used to minister to their parents and classmates.

7. Anasan: Balili
Pointman: Precilla Tinggalon
- Spiritual understanding to come upon attendees.
- Pray for the attendees to grow more in faith and knowledge of the word of God. Pray they
they will come to a deeper understanding of who God really is to His child.
- Application of the word of God that they are hearing- water baptism. Pray for the Holy Spirit
to help them obey.

8. Chicay: Motorpool
Pointman: Abel Anniban
- Salvation of all attendees
- - Application of the word of God that they are hearing- Pray for the Holy Spirit to help them
obey.

9. Aniban: Balili
Pointman: Lheamore Pasing
-Spiritual understanding to come upon attendees.
- Application of the word of God that they are hearing- Pray for the Holy Spirit to help them
obey.
- Pray for sis Recelle who was baptized recently. Pray that she will grow more in faith and
knowledge of the word of God

10. Tinggalon
Pointman: Noime Tinggalon
- Pray that the young people there who are not coming to church will attend and grow in faith
through the Bible study.
- Pray for revival of the youths there through this Bible Study.

11. Estella Sapling

Pointman: Jael Balacio
- New Bible study
- Pray for the acceptance of the word of God in their hearts.
- Application of the word of God that they are hearing- Pray for the Holy Spirit to help them
obey.
- -Spiritual understanding to come upon attendees.
- Pray for victory over all the trials and persecutions they are facing. Our brethren in Botiwtiw
are facing persecution from their neighbors because of their faith. Pray for the joy and strength from
God to be always be upon them.

12. Tulingan Kids

Pointman: Jervie Andiso
- New Bible study
 - Pray for understanding of the word to come upon the children and that they will live by the
word of God
- Pray for understanding to come upon the kid’s parents so they will not stop the kids from
coming

13. Chilem Pelton

Pointman: Aljon Palangdosan

- Pray for understanding and enlightenment of the word of God to come upon the listeners
- Pray for their desire to and interest to attend Bible study and Sunday service to continue to
grow
- Pray for blessings upon his work as he continues to seek and obey God.

14. Degsi Kids

- Pray for understanding of the word to come upon the children and that they will live by the
word of God
- Pray for understanding to come upon the kid’s parents so they will not stop the kids from
coming

- Pray for understanding and enlightenment of the word of God to come upon the listeners
- Pray for their desire to and interest to attend Bible study and Sunday service to continue to

- Pray for God’s blessing upon them as they seek and obey God.

- Pray for their desire and interest to hear the word of God
- Pray for understanding and enlightenment of the word of God to come upon the listeners
17. Nancy Omnas
Pointman: Jolette Faith P. Bangsoy
- New Bible Study
- Pray for healing to come upon sis Nancy Omnas their mother. Their mother has been going
in and out of the hospital. She is a member of FBCFI Mabaay. Pray that she will stand
strong in faith and prayer despite her situation.
- Pray for their faith to grow as they listen to the word of God. Pray that they will find their
strength and comfort in God and in these Bible studies in difficult times.
- Pray for understanding and enlightenment of the word of God to come upon the listeners
- Pray for sis . She is sick right now and she could not eat. She is confined at
Baguio General hospital. The bible study team is planning to visit tomorrow in coordination with the
prayer ministry.
Inactive Bible Studies:
1. Calabson: Puguis ( temporarily closed)
Pointman: Margarette Dodoy and Violy Jane Andiso
- Pray for it to be opened again if it’s the will of God
- Spiritual understanding to sis Maricel- she just accepted the Lord. Pray that she will grow in
faith and knowledge of the word of God.
- Pray for the availability of other attendees. That they will be given a desire to hear the word of
God and attend Bible study despite their busy schedules.
- Pray for spiritual growth for sis Ana Marie Calabson and for her to know God more in her life.
Pray also for revival and restoration of her spiritual desire and hunger for she is not coming to
church anymore.

2. Gam-oy: Tomay
Pointman: Jolette Faith Bangsoy
***She dropped her studies and went home. Pray that wherever she goes she will never forget
the word of God she heard.

3. Pasing: Tawang
Pointman: Sis Ruth and Sis Jennife ( not available)
- Pray for God to raise up a pointman who will be responsible in handling this Bible study
- Pray for the attendee to grow more in faith and knowledge of the word of God. Pray they will
come to a deeper understanding of who God really is to His child despite their young age.
- Pray for all of them (Junwaleng, Lhiza Fe, Maria Corazon) to have deeper spiritual
understanding of the meaning of salvation.
- Revival and restoration of the joy to serve God for sis Liza Fe Pasing and sis Maria Corazon
- Application of the word of God that they are hearing- Pray for the Holy Spirit to help them
obey.

4. Boadilla: Baguio
Pointman: Sis Irene
- She is bed ridden but she has the desire to hear the word of God. She transferred to Quirino
Hill. Pray that she will be endorsed properly to the Quirino brethren for follow up.
- Pray for complete healing.
- Pray for the complete salvation of her family and relatives and the people who are patiently
taking care of her.

5. Bulasao- Puguis
Pointman: Irene Poclo
- Devoted Catholic
- Pray for submission to the will of God. She insists on pagan practices and idolatry.
- Pray for a heart of flesh to come upon her so that she will receive the word of God truly in her
heart.
- She is the only one who is willing to listen to the bible study. Pray that all the people in her
house will attend the bible study.
 - Pray that God will not allow this bible study to be closed until He has completed His plans
upon that house.

6. Kito- Shilan
Pointman: Marcy Botangen
- New Bible Study
- Pray for the acceptance of the word of God in their hearts.
- Application of the word of God that they are hearing- Pray for the Holy Spirit to help them
obey.

7. Alex Polkero

- Not yet started because the attendees are not available. Pray that God will make a way on
their schedules so they can attend.
- Pray for understanding and enlightenment of the word of God to come upon the listeners

9. Teresa Bulasao

- Pray for their faith to grow as they listen to the word of God
- Pray for understanding and enlightenment of the word of God to come upon the listeners
- One of their members just passed away. Pray that they will find comfort and strength in God
in times like this.
