The Government in the reference cited 7% cited have issued orders to notify and publish the list of prohibited properties U/s 22-A(1) (e) of Registration Act, 1908 in respect of Kurnool District in supersession of notification issued earlier in G.O.Ms. No. 199, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department Dt. 5.5.2016 and published in Extraordinary Gazette of Andhra Pradesh No. 289-C, dt. 23.6.2016. As seen from the G.O., the Government have issued instructions to the Commissioner, Printing, Stationary & Stores Purchase (Printing Wing), Department, A.P., Vijayawada to furnish (200) copies of Gazette to the District Collector, Kurnool (50 copies each) to the Special C.S & CCLA., AP., the C&IG (R&S), AP, and Government. In this connection it is to inform you that instructions have been received that Gazettee No. 554 is available at ape gazette.cgg.gov.in/ eGazetteSearch.do and informed to down load.
