SAMPLE V

1. Fill the coolbox with ice gel in the freezer in the refrigerator
2. Enter the PBS into the coolbox
3. Insert the cryo tube into the coolbox
4. Cryo tube and PBS are inserted into the plastic, the medicine is not
put into a contaminated plastic
5. Sample in the room OK, put 1.5 ml PBS into the cryotube
6. For each sample, bring 2 cryotubes, one for cancerous tissue and one
for normal jump from the same patient
8. Record in the notebook the taking until the research
