The Scholar@SAP program has been jointly developed with BITS, comprising enterprise resource
Pilani to induct and nurture young talent and provides the “scholars” planning and related applications
an opportunity to learn and earn simultaneously. The students such as supply chain management,
inducted into this program enjoy the advantage of working on live customer relationship management,
product life-cycle management and
SAP projects, and blend theory and practical phases with different supplier relationship management
organizational units. At the successful completion of the program, an
M.Tech in Software Engineering degree is awarded by BITS, Pilani.

Basic Features of the Program BE Program (Work cum
Education):

 Working with SAP along with pursuing M.Tech in software

Engineering
 Program set up with BITS Pilani
 Duration – 2 years
 Degree Received – M.Tech in Software Engineering
 Logistics – Work at SAP – Monday to Friday
Classes on Saturday at SAP Facility

 Stipend
– INR 25,000 per month
 Fees for BITS paid by SAP; no out of pocket expenses for Scholars

Each Scholar will work in at least 3 separate departments in SAP. At

the end of the 2 years, they can be formally inducted into SAP based
on their performance and feedback

fulfill the following criteria:

Eligibility Criteria:
 Only 2019 batch pass out
 Students must be from Engineering background (Computer
Science/ Information Technology / ECE / EEE)

 Minimum aggregate of 70% required till 7 semester of

B.Tech degree and 60% in 10 and 12 standard.
 Entrance test will be conducted followed by interview for the
shortlisted students
 Joining date: August 2019
