Dear Admissions Committee,

I am writing to I urge you to seriously consider Blake Schow for admission to your institution.

I came to know Blake while he was a student in several of my architectural design courses here at
Weber State University. He immediately rose to the top of the class, distinguishing heimself as a
bright, inquisitive, energetic scholar. He is one of those students who exceeds expectations on a
regular basis and sets himself apart from his classmates. He is consistently responsible for pushing
the grade curve to its upper limits.

Blake is popular among students and professors alike. He works well independently, but is also
someone everyone wants to collaborate with. He is able to keep projects on track while making sure
everyone in her group is valued and included. He was one of two winners in a semester long
Residential Design contest as a high school student taking an early college course.

Without a doubt, Blake will continue to prove successful in future academic pursuits.
