The Department of Education (DepEd], through the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) shall administer the English Proficiency Test (EPT) to teacher applicants to compose the 2020 Registry ‘of Qualified Applicants for Elementary, Junior High School and Senior High School of Agusan del Sur Division by BEA representative on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Patin-ay Central Elementary School, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. 2. Applicants, who took the test in March 2029 has the option to take or may not take the test because the result is valid for two years. For those applicants who will take the EPT shall submit 2 folder containing a Letter of Intent which shall indicate the statement of purpose/expression of interest, degree/ specialization and CSC Form 212 with the latest 2x2 ID picture in 2 copies to the nearest coordinating principal of the district for elementary and for Junior and Senior High Schoo! applicants to secondary school of their choice from November 1 until November 5, 2019 only. 3.
