methodologies to implement the GDPR as a need to ensure the company's proper relationship
with the data, as envisioned by the EU directives. A way I would suggest is to classify and
collect all the data that is not processed any more, but simply stored in the archives of the
company, and to destroy them permanently. This would be a good start to put in place the right
conditions for the implementation of GDPR policies. Furthermore, I would suggest to be made a
wide questioner of the company's customers, regarding their concerns about the data they
provide. From this questionnaire, we would benefit from numerous information on processing

presented as a very important and inevitable activity for a proper implementation of the GDPR.

A way to help the company with regard to data management is to choose block-chain private
network technology. This centrelized network in which transactions/documents/ information are
recorded. The right to restrict data processing can be implemented with this block-chain
technology not letting everyone to see or to modify records(personal data) in a centralized
database. The data controllers will be able to interact with this database in conform with personal
data treatment ruled by EU in 2018. By doing, this no one would be worried about how personal
data is being processed. Ordinary workers will not be in touch with this kind of personal
informations in work days.

There are a lot of times when we see the case of cybercrime involving in many ways trying to
get our personal data and misuse them. If we implement a block-chain thechnology in our
database management systems, we can encrypt all sensitive personal informations. This solution
will prevent many cybercrimes happening and dealing with GDPR problems. With this theirs is a
significativ reduce of this type of crimes. We can also, define a methodology of how to create a
possibility to track some of the cybercrimes. This block-chain can add in his database tables with
cybercrimes known until then and with each unnormal events that they generate. Hash functions
that are recorded in each “block of the chain” can contain information of this crimes or attacks.
We can mention, a way in which cryptocurrencies can be used to pay ethical hackers to use
software that can reveal IP’s from where is initialized the attack. Web domain registration details
such as name, address and contacts of domain owners have been crucial in linking malicious
sites to hackers. This informations will give detailed ways how to track cybercrimes in real time
and the ability how to response to them. Also police authorities can be actors in block-chain use
cases. Personal data is the core thing and a sacred thing, and would be reasonable to do
everything that is legal to protect datas from attacks.
