MANAGEMENT

INTRODUCTION
The purpose of Employee Leave Management System is to automate the existing manual system
by the computerized equipments and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements
so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and
manipulation of the same. The required software and hardware are easily available and easy to
work with.

MOTIVATION TO TAKE UP THE PROJECT

The popularity of employee leave management sites has rapidly increased over the past few years.
employee leave management provide many kinds of services and benefits to its users like helping
them to monitor the leaves of the employee .It may help collecting perfect management in details.
In a very short time, the collection will be obvious, simple and sensible. It will help a person to
know the management of passed year perfectly and vividly. It also helps in current all works
relative to leave management system.It will be also reduced the cost of collecting the management
& collection procedure will go on smoothly.
 OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the project are as follows:

 To keep and manipulate the details of all employees in the company.

 The main objective of this application is to automate as well as update leave information of
employees.
 To handle proper and full information of every leave which has been provided by the
organization.
 The employee on leave, report can be generated by the organization.
 To generates reports for management from various modules.

DESCRIPTION
The project is a user-friendly application that provides a leave management system. It provides
users the ability to create user accounts and explore the features of the application. Managing the
leaves of employee made easier. Provides the searching facilities based on various factors such as
apply leave, leave history. It tracks all the information of employee, leave type etc.Manage the
information of the employee.Shows the information and description of number of leaves and leave
types.It generates the report on leave, employee and leave type. To increase the efficiency of
managing the leave and employee.Manage the information of the employees

EXPECTED OUTCOMES
The project is expected to cater to most needs of company. It is essential for the project to be user-
friendly to enable ease of usage to the users. The system will verify the eligibilities of the employee
for the type of leave she/he has applied for. If the applicant is eligible then the information will be
added to the pending leave list. The system will sort the pending leave list on basis of the priority
of the type of leave. If more than one employee requests for the same type of leave, the system will
use the employee priority to sort the pending leave list.
