Other committees will be under the custody of MAPEH Division, SDO Santiago City. 4 Screening of athletes’ credentials shall be strictly implemented. Cut off age eligibility for elementary will be not more than 13 years old 18 years old for secondary respectively. NO PSA (NSO) and OTHER NEEDED DOCUMENTS, NO PLAY shall be strictly observed. 5. Questions and eligibility shall be addressed to the Division screening and accreditation ‘Committee. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 49, the Olympic Medal System shall be applied for this year’s Division Sports Meet to determine the general championship. Ranking shall be based first on the total number of gold, silver and bronze medals. All coaches in the combative events must show proof of training/accreditation before he will be allowed to join the competition. All sports competition shall be conducted in accordance with the international rules and regulation. However, ground rules shall be prescribed if and when necessitated by local conditions, provided that these ground rules are agreed upon by the coaches of the teams and the technical officials concemed. Protest on technicalities shall be addressed to the tournament manager who, in consultation with the Tournament Director shall resolve the tournament level issue immediately upon receipt of the written protest. Other concerns shall be resolved in the presence of concemed athletic managers. ‘Tournament managers shall examine strictly the gallery of athletes duly approved by the Screening Committee before every match. Accredited officiating officials from private and public schools shall be authorized to officiate as long as they meet the needed requirements in officiating. Seeding shall be done except when there’s a new set of competing teams. Pairing is determined by drawing of lots. ‘The law of succession shall be observed in all matches ‘The Tournament Managers are authorized to declare forfeiture of games based on the law of succession, Protest team shall continue to play as scheduled. If any violation is established, the match played by that team be declared forfeited in favor of the opposing team. For individual events, the points and awards shall be forfeited Selection of athletes in team event shall be based from “CORE GROUP” as the case maybe. The selection of other athletes to compete the team shall be based from performance and position. For batted games, core group will be 6 and 9 for football All winning coaches shall be selected for higher competitions. “Next in rank” is applied in case the right is waved. (written) Al participating athletes must pass the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) requirement. All winning athlete shall maintain a desired level of fitness up to the training for 2020 Palaro. Failure to pass the tests is ground for disqualification. Winners in the individual events shall be selected automatically. However, individual winners in athletic, archery and swimming shall meet the qualifying time/distance (6" placer) in the precious Palaro in order to be qualified for the Palarong Pambansa 2020 ‘There will only be one pair representative for Dancesports Latin and one pair Standard category. ‘Tournament Managers must adhere and implement well the latest ground rules and specific guidelines.
