Nano-Net LoRa Platform
Nano-Net LoRa Platform
WiFi and ZigBee ranges are too limiting, cellular is too expensive and power-hungry, and most LPWAN systems don’t have
the features necessary for your application. nano-Net™ is specifically designed for low power, wide-area network (LPWAN)
applications that are easily scalable and perform with best-of-class reliability.
How it works
The End Nodes and the Gateway are integrated with LoRa modules supporting nano-Net™ protocol stack.
LoRa Module LR-MN-20
LR-MN-20 is a low cost, ultra-low power, high performance transparent two way semi-
duplex LoRa modulation transceiver with operation at 868Mhz. It integrates with high
speed PIC MCU from PIC and high performance RF IC SX1276.
LR-MN-20 has the UART interface with built in RTC, EEprom, GPIO extension lines and
Application space that makes it is easy to implement IoT applications without the need
to build additional hardware. wireless data
transmission. It is flexible for users to set the baud rate, frequency, output power, air
data rate etc parameters. It supports nano-Net™ protocol stack.

nano-Net™ vs LoRaWAN™
nano-Net™ is built on the LoRa® chirped spread spectrum (CCS) physical layer technology. It is an
alternative specification to LoRaWAN™, which is the public network protocol developed by the LoRa
Alliance™ for carrier networks.
nano-Net™ is a protocol developed by NanoKernel technologies and is a perfect solution for customers
who wants the range of LoRa but need a level of performance that is missing in LoRaWAN.
