SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The study of perceived effects of globalization to the job performance of veterinarians

can be a learning paradigm in veterinary schools to enhance the students’ knowledge and

entrepreneurial skills as well. The study’s goal is designed to help students and veterinarians

improve academic competence, develop employability skills, implement a career plan and

participate in a career pathway in preparation for their future services after graduating from

college.

As a further matter, this study is most beneficial to the following:

Vet Med students. The information stated in this study can help them to explore if

performance tasks really improves the students’ academic achievement. This will also help them

to make improvements and changes on the way they perform in class. It would also inform

students that

Veterinarians. This study would be a great help for veterinarians, especially to those

who practice in field. This will help them to widen their knowledge of how globalization affects the

entrepreneurial world of veterinarians.

Future Researchers. The results of the study will benefit to the future researchers as

they conduct new study related to their field. This will serve as their future reference as well as

background or overview about the perceived effects of globalization to the job performance of

veterinarians. In addition, this study could also inspire those to investigate for the future effects of

globalization.
Society. The study aims to inform the society of how globalization affects the job

performance of veterinarians. This will also help them to be more knowledgeable about the

common work experiences of veterinarians.

Industry. The concept presented in this study will help the country prevent unknown

diseases from entering our country; On the contrary, if spread of an outbreak disease occurs, it may

give job opportunities to our newly graduated veterinarians. In addition, if the veterinary medicine

profession is globalized, then the numbers of graduates will increase resulting to a higher chance of

the industry to produce world class veterinarians.
