Lead: Hello?

Myki SDR: Hi, my name is _ and I’m from a company called Myki, how are you?

Lead: I’m doing well, how are you? / What is this call in regards to?

Myki SDR: So Myki is a password manager built specifically for MSPs, we’re new to the market
and I was hoping to schedule a quick demo call with you to show you what we’ve built

--- Lead could end the call there saying not interested, yes, I’ll take a meeting or:

Scenario 1:

Lead: So you’re a password manager? We’re already using a solution.

Myki SDR: I completely understand that you might already be using a solution, but being new to
the market, we’re hoping to just quickly demo how we’re different from other passwords on the
market. Could we just schedule 20/30 minutes with you?

Scenario 2:

Lead: Could you send me an email with more information?

Myki SDR: I’d be more than willing to send over some information via email. I also know that my
email will likely lead to more questions than answers and that’s why I was hoping to schedule
some time with you. This way, we can share screens and show you exactly what everything
looks like. Do you have any availability next week?

Scenario 3:

Lead: I’m not the right person, reach out to _.

Myki SDR: Ok, do you have their contact information? Could I say you referred me?

Scenario 4:

Lead: This is not something that is a current priority, could you reach back out in a week?
