(UP ALCHEMES, Inc} is a university-recognized academic organization inthe College of Engineering, University of the PhilippinesDiliman. It is an organization committed to produce highly competent chemical engineers and provide service to the university and the country. UP ALCHEMES lives by five core values - genuine Service, distinctive Humility, unparalleled Academics, dignified Professionalism, and soaring Excellence, collectively known as SHAPE, In accordance to the collaborative goal of the Chemical Engineering Representatives together with UP ALCHEMES, Inc. and UP KEM, Inc. of holding an immersive event for the freshmen of the department, the three organizing bodies would once again hold the annual ChEck-in, composed of two umbrella events namely the Department Seminar and the Laboratory Tour to be held on September 2, 2019. In this light, we are humbly requesting from your good office if we would be allowed to showcase your laboratory during the said date from 1-5 PM. The tour would only consist of an on-site laboratory introduction and would not require any experimentations and/or demonstrations. We will also ensure that both attendees and organizers are to wear proper PPE while inside the laboratory premises.
