1. FAVORITE FOOD

In Indonesian, there are many kinds of meatballs including chicken meatballs, beep
meatballs, first and many more. Even now the meatballs are not just meat dots but can be
made with a variety of variations can be filled with vegetables, chilies, quail eggs, sauces to
cheese.

In iddition to the content and presentation, the shape and size of the meatballs are very
varied, not only artificial, now there are also heart shaped ones.

Meatballs generally consist of pentol tofu broth and noodles. But now we have to be
more careful if we want to enjoy meatballs because of increasing intense compitition among
traders, then they are competing to get high profile and get more income.

Now many traders are mixing “borax” even thought it can cause liver cancer krowing
the meatballs are mixed with borax ;

1. Bakso borax has a very chewy texture

2. Looks very white since we prefer chicken meatballs, we will try to tell you the
ingredients and the making.

# Material

1. Chicken meat 1 kg whitout a milled bone

2. Strach flour
3. One egg
4. Pepper powder ½ + sp
5. Salt ½ + sp
6. Garlic 4 cloves (puree)
7. Fried shallots 2 + sp
8. Es stone 40 gr (mosh)
9. Water 2 liter

# How To Make Meatballs

1. Place the ground chicken in the container, mix strach, eggs, ground pepper, salt, finally
ground garlic, and fried shallots, mix by hand until everything is perfectly mixed.
2. If the dough is still soft and cannot be formed, you can add ice cubes slowly until the
mixture can be formed.
3. Boil water in the panel until it boils.
4. Take the meat mixture with your hands and then form around, better done with two
hand so it’s easier , then press until the dough comes out through between the index
finger and thumb.
5. Enter the dough that has been formed into boiling water.
6. Continue until all the dough is gone.
 7. If the meatballs have floated, the meatballs are cooved.
