institution as one of your encoder. I am Loilo June G. Candaganan, 16 years of age, single,
residing at Poblacion Malita, Davao del Sur. I enrolled at Adventure College of Malita. The two
years vocational course, taking up INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT). I will
broaden my knowledge about my course. I believe that I have a capability to do the task that
you given to me. I can assure to you that, I will do my best to do my responsibilities on this
institution. If I given a chance here to develop my skills of managing and operating computer. I
will take as an opportunity if you give me a chance as my guide on my future’s work.
