Hypertension is patient blood pressure where systolic pressure above 140 mmHg and a diastolic pressure

above 90, hyepertension treatment can be done in a non pharamacological, limiting sodium intake can

bean effective treatment for many patients with mild hypertension, basically undergo compliance in

hypertension therapy by respondent amounted to 78 researchers obainted results of this study, the

This type of research is descriptive analytical cross sectional design where research is used to examine the

relationship between attitudes to compliance in carrying out the treatment of hypertension in patients with

hypertension by measuring variables together in the same period.

The result of statistical test showed results of Chi – square values based on a table or so called X2 table

for the significant level of 0.05 and 1 df is 3.841. From the calculation, the X2 cuont is greater than X2

Hypertension in North Bengkulu in 2013.

By looking at the result of these studies are expected respondents to always follow the treatment of

hypertension treatment in order to avoid an increase in blood pressure.
