THEME:
This is a work related conversation. Saadullah and Jamshed are the
customers who play the role of talkers, and Tulesh, Nimra and Momal
as sales persons from the delegates’ company who play the role of
listeners. The customers explain their needs and requirements
without explicitly stating which product or service they are interested
in. The sales persons recommend the product or service according to
the needs of the customers and based on what they have understood.
The customers will receive feedback of sales persons and their
understanding and listening skills.
This role play is aimed to listen attentively in order to improve
relationships and minimize misunderstandings with others.
