○ Step up onto platform with left foot while bringing right knee up toward left
corner of platform, return to floor then step up onto right side of platform with
right foot while bringing left knee up
■ 30 seconds
○ Tap toes on edge of platform, alternating legs
■ 30 seconds
○ Side shuffle onto and then off platform
■ 30 seconds
○ Return to floor, Step onto platform with left leg go into lunge then step onto
platform with left leg and go into lunge
