Subject: ACCOUNTING FOR SHQ (JOC) OFFICERS

It has been observed that SUNAMOs are not accounting for SHQ (JOC) Officers deployed to their
locations. SUNAMOs are to note that these appointments are deliberately deployed to the
SHQs according to the Concept Paper. In that regard, they are to be accounted for just like those
at the Team Sites.

So far, only Sector West and Sector South have been accounting for the JOC officers, after some
goading by this office. Please note that SHQ (JOC) officers remain under the administrative
control of the Office of DCMO and the CMO expects to have details of their deployment, just like
those in the team sites.

Henceforth, SUNAMOs are to include a column for SHQ JOC in their DSRs and MSRs. They are
also to be accounted for in the Daily Data Tracking Report (DDTR).
