I wish to file an inconvenience claim; I booked a room with you in the Martinique by
curio collection on Broadway NY hotel in April 15th of 2019 the booking confirmation
number was 157889576412, that same day I decided to cancel that booking because
I had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, and in my family we are 3 adults and 1 kid.

I decided to cancel that booking because I tried to change the conditions of the
reservation and it was impossible, because as you can see in the first picture, there
was no availability for that accommodation in the hotel at that time.

So, I checked the cancellation policy, and it said that I could cancel the reservation
without cost until April 15th of 2019 at 23:59 (GMT -5: 00) (second and third picture).

I did cancel the reservation at 23:57 Colombian hour of April 15th pf 2019 (fourth picture),
therefore, I do not understand why if it says that it could be canceled without cost until
23:59 (GMT -5: 00) and I did it 2 minutes before, taking into account that the time in
Colombia is GMT -5: 00 (fifth picture) You charged me a cancellation fee. Also, after I
canceled that reservation, I re-booked with you in the same hotel, a room for three adults
and a child the confirmation number was 127905738786.

I was charged a cancellation fee that should not be charged, for a value of 1.003.535
COP that in dollars are approximately 310 dollars. I Hope to hear from you soon, any
