NOTICE OF DISHONOR

Dear Mr. Abuan:

I regret to inform you that the following checks as monthly payment

for the P150,000.00 loan that you obtained last November 10, 2019 in favor
of FAYE LUDAN have been dishonored for the reason that the checks are
drawn against insufficient funds and closed account.

a. East West Bank Check Number 000 1112 dated January 15,
2020 for the amount THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P30,000.00) in favor of FAYE LUDAN due to insufficient
funds;

b. East West Bank Check Number 000 1113 dated February 15,
2020 for the amount THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P30,000.00) in favor of FAYE LUDAN due to insufficient
funds;

c. East West Bank Check Number 000 1114 dated March 15, 2020
for the amount THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30,000.00) in
favor of FAYE LUDAN due to closed account;

d. East West Bank Check Number 000 1115 dated April 15, 2020
for the amount THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30,000.00) in
favor of FAYE LUDAN due to closed account;

When you issued the said checks, you have assured us that there are
more than sufficient funds to cover the said amount, however, the checks
were returned dishonored. Your strong representation that you have
sufficient funds in your bank accounts to cover the above checks is the
reason why we loaned to you the equivalent amount, without which we
would not have done so.

 Final demand is now made upon you to make good your obligation
within five (5) days from receipt hereof.

Your failure to comply with this demand shall constrain us to hire the
services of a private counsel to file the necessary criminal action against you
in our courts of law. Our lawyer’s fees shall be charged against you.
