Application of Strategy Lenses

1. Action plane, a system of operation, ways to achieve, attaining objectives and


administrative response to growth and operations.

2. The way strategy lenses function mainly in most organizations in my country is


by the implementation of the collaboration of strategy as experience and as ideas
which are used simultaneously. According to Johnson, et al (2008), Strategy as
experience is not mainly internal experience only but also external extraction from
the competition and from similar industries in their sector which is further
developed by strategy as ideas that are as a result of strategy as experience.

Furthermore, in increasing the competitive advantage, strategy as ideas and as


experience in this context are formidable lenses that their function in the sphere
of business dealing in my country is a great combination to remain relevant,
functional and competitive.

Notwithstanding, strategy as design and as discourse functions in a similar way


because it relies on internal analysis which is mainly based on management as an
emergent function of the decision process/creation. (Johnson, et al, 2008: pp. 19-
