TITLE: A Two-day Re-Orientation of Result Based Performance Management System (RPMS) for
DepEd Employees, K to 12 Curriculum Assessment Tools, TIAIP, TSNA, IPCR and SMEA
Rationale: The Department of Education has implemented RPMS to provide the members of the
organization a standardized performance as expected by the superiors from their employees.
Employees will be rated according to their performance, accomplishments or achievements
which will lead to their professional growth and development.
Objectives:
1. To provide a better understanding about RPMS
2. To gain enhance knowledge on TIAIP, TSNA, IPCR and SMEA
3. To provide input on how IPCRF is being accomplished
4. To promote individual and team growth, participation and commitment
5. To make a meaningful contribution to the attainment of the institutions vision and
mission
Strategies: The facilitators prepared a training proposal to be signed and approved by the school
head, district supervisor and schools division superintendent together with the training matrix
and program me after which the school head and facilitators will also agree regarding the venue
and expenses before the training.
Curriculum/Topics: The following topics are to be discussed in the training, Overview of RPMS
and Job Satisfaction, Teachers Accomplishment, Overview of K to 12, DepEd order No. 73,. S.
2012, Overview of TIAIP, M & E, TSNA Tool Kit, IPCRF/IPPD, SMEA
Expected Participants: The participants of the training are the teachers of __ Elem. School with
7 teachers and 1 school head
Date/s and venue: The training will be conducted on May 19-21, 2015 at __ Elementary School
Budget Proposal: The expenses for the bond papers, ball pens and manila papers amounting
P1,000.00 will be charged to MOOE.
