CYCLOMEET- INITIATIVE FOR CORPARTE EMPLOYEE
TOWARDS FITNESS.

INTRODUCTION: -
This study focuses on Mr. Mit Parekh's crisis over scaling up the cyclomeet- his
organization for corporate employee towards fitness. How can Mit Parekh manage to
reach the maximum employee without compromising the basic nature of his
organization and how he can grow his institution so that maximum people can get
aware about importance of fitness and start to take action for the same.
The objective of this organization is to keep fit ourselves physically by exercising and
riding the cycle to increase our immune system. Mit Parekh never thought of opening an
organization for business or growing his organization on a large scale but the indeed eager
desire arise in employee he has to scale up the organization so that maximum people can
get the benefits.

Background:-
Mr. Mit Parekh observed the rising laziness and lack of physical fitness among corporate
employees because of their sedentary lifestyle. In cyclomeet, the group of cyclist of big
cities like Gurgaon meet and they ride for certain km. By repeating this exercise, daily
many people see the results in them and they started enjoying doing this.

Initially, he began with small group of people who are close to Mit Parekh, who ride cycle.
Although after seeing the positive result in that particular group everybody from big cities
started calling or sending emails to Mr. Mit.
More than 1000 people were applying for cyclomeet so that even they can meet the
physical goals in their life and stay fit in spite working in corporate sector, which indeed
is a big thing for Mit Parekh too but big opportunities, comes with big responsibility.
Problem: -
Mit had been increasingly receiving the queries for cyclomeet regarding availability of
seats in his organization. The existing group comprises of approximately 150 candidate
but the application to join have exceeded 1000. Since, there are growing need for fitness
arise in corporates many of them tried to reach Mit's organization but fail to do so due
to availability of seats.

 He want to scale up cyclomeet but at the same time, he does not want to compromise
with basic nature of his organization.

Solution: -
Mr. Mit Parekh decided to scale up the organization so he cannot get more complaint
emails about the failure of admission in his organization Mit can do several things to
overcome with his problem. They are as follows:-

 Games & Competition :- Mit Parekh with his fellow member can arrange some kind of
cycling competition or game within the group or on a large scale to increase the sources
of money and resources by using the money which he get by the competition.

 Tie-ups:- Since cycling is an outdoor sports there is a chances of getting people injured or
bruise Mit must contact to some doctors and also physiotherapist and hire them too for
the safety propose.

 Division of labor:- Mit should hire all field of specialist required for an organization like
nutritionists, cycling mechanist, strength trainer, logistics of routes and food, etc. There
must be a scope for division of labor and specialization.

 Partnership : Mit can partner with various famous organizations like procam to actively
involve people towards fit lifestyle.

 Use of technology:- As world is today tech-savvy so do Mr. Mit should be he must take a
use of technology to keep records on the cyclist, things like attendance, automate their
information, keep logs record etc.

 Batches and Branches: - Since most of the complaint are about the availability of seats,
Mit can increase the franchise of his organization and within an organization he can keep,
different batches so that there can less crowded in one batch and each can get the
benefits of an organization.
 Tie-up with local authority: - usually running such big organization needs permission and
certificate so he can get all d formalities and certificate by the local authorities also if he
must tie up with them for any need in future.

 Collaboration with sport companies: - Mr. Mit must talk to some sports companies for
equipment and stuff he need in logs to fulfill the objective of the organization.

 Hire PR team: - As his business will grow in future he must prepared with a PR team to
solve any further crises within and outside the organization.

Thus above are the various technique Mr. Mit must apply to scaling up his organization. He can
also do various things and changes, as he will face once he start his organization on a large scale.

Conclusion: - Cyclomeet- an organization towards fitness is a great idea and deserve to be on top
he should indeed grow his organization as many employees are getting benefits with this
organization. It is a great initiative taken from Mit's side and everyone must appreciate him and
support him for doing such a great job. In contemporary time where people are least, bothered
about their fitness because of sedentary life style of work from home lifestyle also they are not
getting time to take care of their health so just by enrolling names in an organization they can
get all the benefits. The saying “lead by example” is important in politics and leadership roles-
and it is very critical in marketing. Therefore, he must scale up the organization on a large scale.
