We would like to respectfully apprise your good office for the delay of submission of our research on
time and we are very thankful for the mandate of the director of the research division to extend it until
November 30, 2019 but a 3-unit payment for the salary will be held for the release of our October 30
salary until otherwise we submitted it on or before the due deadline.

May we humbly request to receive our salary in full this 30th of October with the assurance that if we do
not submit our research on the due date given to us , we are modestly submitting ourselves without
questions that our salary be withheld on November 30, 2019.
