Math 1080 Refection

This project had me calculate a function of a mass suspended by a spring and if energy is
added to the system how it changes over time. This is done by using a sin function and the
graph that can be modeled from it. Some examples of mass-spring systems in everyday life are:
the shocks on vehicles, accelerometers that are used in everything from your phone to self-
driving cars, also some clocks use a variation of the mass-spring system to tell time. with shocks
on vehicles the amplitude is the length of travel the spring has till fully compressed. In the clock
system the period is one second this is how it keeps track of time. in accelerometers the
frequencies would relate more to how often the system is changing direction or speed.
