I am writing to you today because I am interested in your Receptionist job you have
posted on Indeedjobs.com in Great Falls, MT. I have an Associates in Hospitality and Fitness
Management, as well as on my way to completing my BS in Organizational Leadership. I have
been in the Air Force for the past six years and have gained much experience in customer
service, such as being able to multitask, answer phones using proper etiquette, budgeting,
accounting, and event planning. I really gravitate towards administrative jobs and enjoy doing
paperwork, and keeping things organized. I feel like I fit your skills needed to fill this position.
For example:
Being able to answer phones, and able to route them to the right direction.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer
service policies.
Maintain filing system for all completed orders and archive as needed
Sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries and report to appropriate department
Assist management, and customer service Representatives with file retrieval and other
clerical tasks
