●Weakness- the employees lack knowledge about safety
●Opportunities- it's their chance to make changes in their system for
the better
●Threats - employees are prone to accidents

Advantages- the employees will take the training seriously and apply
what they were taught.
Disadvantages- hiring a professional might cost a lot
