Agenda items

1. Decided our company name: Smarteco Sdn. Bhd.

2. Discussed about what crop are we doing on: Tomato, on a hydroponic system

3. Discussed the location of our smart greenhouse: Sepang, Selangor

4. Brainstorming session among group members after reading the project question carefully & thoroughly to
confirm everyone is seeing the same big picture, this is to avoid any misunderstanding.

5. Izzati divided the tasks equally to all members to complete the Capstone Design Proposal and Concept
Generation 1, also a date is set for us to compile everything: Thursday 14/11/2019 noon, so that if there’s
any amendment needed, it can be done before submitting the documents on Friday.

6. Discussed briefly on the suitable system/technology to opt for each technical aspect in this project

7. Everyone will be involved in completing both proposal and CG1, each taking their respective part.
