USE. FABRICATION TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH HBA PREAMBLES
(www.hbadesign.com/preambles.html) AND AS FOLLOWS:

1. Model: Butterfly Sculpture.

2. Note: Ensure that piece will fit in lifts and through doors prior to commencing
fabrication. Insure that separate pieces of cabinets lock securely in place and are
attached with mechanical fasteners in situ.
3. Manufacturer/fabricator shall coordinate fabrication of top and base. Base must be
properly weighted to support the top.
4. Manufacturer to work in conjunction with HBA designer to Insure proper
proportions and design intent.
5. Manufacturer to provide HBA with three 12" (30cm) x 12" (30cm) finish samples
for approval prior to production.
5. Manufacturer to provide HBA with sample pieces for approval prior to production.
6. Manufacturer to provide thin protective rubber strip on underside of side rails to
prevent damage to wood during vacuuming and cleaning.
7. MANUFACTURER TO PROVIDE HBA WITH SHOP DRAWING FOR
APPROVAL PRIOR TO PRODUCTION. DRAWINGS MUST BE IN 1:10
SCALE AND MUST SHOW ALL VISIBLE BLOCKING.
8. ALL MATERIALS MUST BE SUITABLE FOR CONTRACT USE & COMPLY
WITH ALL LOCAL AND RELEVANT GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS IN
PHILIPPINES.
